How to Submit a Grievance:
Users (customers/distributors) can submit a grievance request through three methods:
1. By filling out the grievance feedback form accessible from the website footer area.
2. By opening a support ticket with the "Grievance" nature selected.
3. By Filling the grievance Feedback from through our Registered App(GLAMINOUS WELLNESS) Available at
Android OS.
Customer Support:
In the event that customers/distributors encounter technical difficulties while submitting a grievance, they may

Support Ticket:
Customers have the option to create support requests/grievance requests by utilizing the Support Ticket feature.
Active customers can initiate a grievance request by following these steps: Login > Support Ticket > Open New
Ticket > Ticket Nature (Grievance).
Grievance Redressal:
Upon receiving a grievance request, our grievance department will acknowledge receipt within 48 working
hours via the support ticket system. Subsequently, our team will endeavor to address and resolve the grievance
in a timely manner.
If the customer/distributor fails to respond within 30 days of receiving the initial reply from our grievance
department, we will consider the matter resolved.
