Definitions:

GWPL Distributor / Direct Sellers / Stock Pointers / Independent Sales Representative / GWPL Business Owner: Within the GWPL ecosystem, these terms collectively refer to individuals who have committed, under the terms of the GWPL Distributorship or Direct Selling Contract, to act as GWPL Independent Sales Representatives.

GWPL Distributorship Contract or Independent Sales Representative Contract: This encompasses the comprehensive GWPL direct selling contract, along with the GWPL Terms and Conditions and any appended Policies and Procedures. Together, these entities are collectively referred to as "GWPL."

Business Model Compensation: The compensation structure aligns with the business model specified in the Contract. It is imperative to recognize that all terms stipulated in the Contract are inherently integrated into this Agreement, urging you to scrutinize them meticulously before affixing your signature.

KYC Verification: As part of your commitment to the GWPL community, submitting your KYC details within 30 days of registration is a mandatory requirement. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of commission entitlements for the preceding period.

Restricted Uses:

The creative and informational assets housed within the GWPL Websites are safeguarded by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or any other use not expressly permitted is strictly prohibited. We grant you, as a user, the privilege to download specific materials for personal, non-commercial use, if you adhere to all copyright notices and restrictions.

GWPL's trademarks and logos are exclusive intellectual properties, and their use, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.

Information Submitted Through GWPL Websites:

In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our community, you bear the responsibility of providing true, accurate, and complete information. Failure to substantiate the veracity of submitted information may result in the termination or suspension of your contract/distributorship.

Registration - User Names and Passwords:

Certain sections of the GWPL Websites may require user registration. It is paramount that you uphold the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use must be promptly reported to GWPL. Failure to comply with these guidelines may lead to the termination of access.

Privacy Policy:

At GWPL, we place utmost importance on privacy rights and commit to protecting the information you entrust to us. Your personal information is treated with care and is referred to as "personal information" in our records.

We reserve the right to disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances, such as when required under the law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, or to protect our rights or property.

The utilization of your personal information aligns with the purposes for which it was initially requested. This may include providing quality customer support, updating you on order status, addressing product or fulfilment issues, and other customer service-related activities.

All rules of conduct outlined above are applicable to interactions within Forums. Additionally, users are prohibited from using Forums for commercial purposes without express written consent from GWPL.

When submitting information or materials through Forums or other parts of the GWPL Websites ("Submissions"), users acknowledge and agree that these Submissions are non-proprietary and non-confidential. GWPL reserves the right to use these Submissions without restriction, granting us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license.

Contests and Similar Promotions:

Engaging in contests, promotional offers, or special deals offered through the GWPL Websites introduces a separate set of rules that are distinct from this Agreement. Your participation in such activities implies your acceptance of those specific rules, which may differ from the terms outlined in this Agreement. We strongly recommend reviewing the associated rules, often linked from the respective activity, and also consulting the Security and Privacy Statement. In conjunction with this Agreement, the Security and Privacy Statement will govern any information you submit in connection with these activities.

General Terms of Usage for Distributors:

For those seeking to make transactions or payments to their GWPL account through the GWPL Websites, pertinent information will be requested to facilitate the transaction. This includes details such as the mode of payment used, billing address, shipping information, or bank account number. GWPL commits to treating such information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Statement. GWPL reserves the right to verify information before acknowledging or completing any transaction.

Additionally, as an active distributor, you have the privilege of purchasing products from the GWPL website at Distributor Price (DP). It is crucial to utilize these products within the bounds of the law and the terms outlined in this Agreement. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or unlawful use of the products, services, or business plan may lead to termination of the Agreement and potential legal consequences.

Additional Terms for Distributors:

Distributors play a vital role in the GWPL ecosystem, sponsoring new individuals and selling GWPL products to earn commissions as per the company's business plan. The minimum age requirement for a GWPL Distributor is 18 years, and submission of various KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe is mandatory. Failure to submit the necessary KYC documents may result in the cancellation of distributorship.

To facilitate smooth commission transfers, distributors must submit a cancelled cheque/passbook with their name printed on it. Commissions will be released via NEFT/RTGS/any banking mode on the 10th of every month, or the next working day in case of holidays.

Intended Audience:

Materials presented on the GWPL Websites are intended solely for the purpose of providing services and promoting products within India. GWPL does not warrant that its websites, products, services, or materials are suitable or available for use in other locations. Users accessing GWPL Websites from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Links to or From Other Sites:

GWPL clarifies that it is not affiliated with operators of third-party websites linked to or from the GWPL Websites. The accuracy, content, or availability of information on these third-party websites is beyond GWPL's control. Users accessing such sites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to those sites.

GWPL reserves the right to block links to its websites without prior notice if deemed necessary.

GWPL is not liable for any damages arising from this Agreement, the GWPL Websites, or your use or inability to use the websites. This includes acts or omissions of GWPL independent representatives and any unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions, transmissions, or data

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall GWPL or its entities be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement, the GWPL Websites, or your use of the websites. GWPL's total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using or accessing the GWPL Websites.

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold GWPL entities harmless from any claims, actions, demands, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the GWPL Websites or violation of this Agreement.

Deduction Of Admin Charges:

The company reserves the right to deduct 5%admininstrative charges from the payout due to the agents this deduction will be applied for disbursing the final payout.

The company retains the right to deduct additional charges as per the company policy from time to time. this charges may include but may not limited to transaction fee, system fee, processing fee or any other charges which may deemed necessary by the company.

Termination and Enforcement:

GWPL reserves the right to terminate access to the GWPL Websites at its discretion, without prior notice, if users violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, users lose access, and GWPL is not liable for any damages resulting from such termination.

General questions or complaints about the GWPL Websites can be addressed by contacting helpdesk@glaminouswellness.com or calling +91 7814656788 or by using complaint tab at your official app “Glaminous Wellness” available in Android user interface. Users are encouraged to use the SUPPORT link provided in their Customer Panel for efficient assistance.

Waiver / Severability:

No waiver by GWPL of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of subsequent breaches or defaults. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jalandhar jurisdiction only.

Miscellaneous:

This Agreement does not create any partnership or employer-employee relationship between users and GWPL. Users cannot assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement without GWPL's written consent. This Agreement, along with referenced agreements and statements, constitutes the entire agreement between users and GWPL.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Orders are shipped within 7 working days, and GWPL is not liable for delays caused by courier companies. Delivery is made to the registered address, and GWPL is not responsible for any damage during transit. In case of visible damage, users are advised to refuse acceptance and inform GWPL immediately.

Disclaimer (No Warranty to Accuracy):

Information on the GWPL website is provided on an "as is" basis, and GWPL disclaims any warranty regarding its accuracy. GWPL will not be liable for errors, omissions, or misstatements in the information provided.
